<p>The present invention relates to an automatic machine for rinsing and sterilising bottles, characterised in that it essentially consists of receptacles (1) for receiving the bottles (2), the receptacles being arranged as planet wheels (10) in a wheel (3) whose axis (4) is horizontal, of a device (5) for introducing the bottles (2) into the receptacles (1), supplied by a belt (6) for conveying the bottles, of a device (8) for receiving the washed bottles and removing the latter by means of an output belt (7) and, optionally, of a protective casing (9) surrounding the wheel (3) with its planet wheels (10) over that portion of distance extending from the device (5) for introducing the bottles to the device (8) for receiving the washed bottles. The articulation of the receptacles (1) is effected such that when the latter are equipped with bottles (2) they naturally orient themselves vertically with the neck pointing downwards. Moreover, each planet wheel (10) is provided with a rubber-coated wheel or with a pinion (23) intended to interact with a cam or a rack (24) enabling the planet wheel to pivot so as to bring the receptacles (1) into positions compatible with the loading and unloading of the bottles (2). <IMAGE></p> |
