Date Jul. 14, 1988.Modular tiles, integrated with a flooring of a conducting type, are manufactured of electrically conducting plastic, whereby a grounding ability is achieved without sacrificing any advantage of the modular tiles. The conducting modular tiles may be laid in selected places in an assembled flooring and can be shifted to other places in dependence upon specific requirements. The individual conducting tiles may be connected to a grounding wire laid out beneath the tiles such that none of the flooring will be far from a direct ground connection.
