Thereafter, programs 31a to 31b write totalization results as a defect rate or the like in a quality monitor file 1 in a file server 1 through a LAN 2 to update the file 11. A quantity monitor program 71 in a quality monitor personal computer 7 has a quality degradation detecting algorithm and reads out the defect rate in the file 11 of the server 1 at intervals of a certain time, and an alarm 8 is generated when the defect rate is not within a set range.</p> |
