CONSTITUTION:The waste photographic processing solution of the developing solution and fixing solution generated by the development treatment of a photosensitive material is stored in a waste solution storage tank 8 in a mixed state and sent to the heat exchanger 10 provided to a drying part 6 by driving a pump 9 to be preheated in the heat exchanger 10 by the heat exchange with the heat energy of the drying part 6 and transferred to a waste photographic processing solution treatment apparatus B. The waste photographic processing solution is supplied to the heating vessel 11 of the waste photographic processing solution treatment apparatus B and subjected to evaporative concn. under heating in the heating vessel 11 to be separated into a concentrate and moisture. By this constitution, the capacity of a means for heating the waste photographic processing solution such as a heater can be reduced and power consumption is conserved and the concentrate can be taken out by efficient evaporative concn. by a small-sized apparatus.
