PURPOSE:To make laminated noodles not separate from bonded face in cooking by rolling and bonding plural rolled sheets of noodle belts having different colors through a adhesive such as dogtooth violet starch melted into a transparent pasty state, cutting the sheets into a noodle shape by a cutter roller and drying. CONSTITUTION:A material for producing noodles is blended with a coloring matter, kneaded with a solution of salt, rolled into 5-10mm thickness to give two kinds of noodle belts 1 and 2 having different colors, which are wound around noodle rolling shafts 3 and 4 and set side by side. As the noodle belts 1 and 2 are unwound, the belts are piled while laying an adhesive 7 prepared by dissolving dogtooth violet starch in water and heating at 75-100 deg.C into a transparent pasty state in between inner faces 5 and 6, introduced into rolling rollers of first stage and bonded while rolling the colored noodle belts 1 and 2 through the adhesive. Further the bonded noodle belts are sent from rolling rollers 9 and 9' at second stage through finishing rollers 10 and 10' at third stage to form a laminated noodle belt 11 having desired thickness, fed to cutter rollers 12 and 12', cut into long strips of noodles and dried by a drying machine to produce laminated noodles having a given water content. |
