PURPOSE:To manufacture a transparent electrode in a pattern state on a large board at a low cost by using, as a thickener, a mixture of carboxylic acid of terpenoid or ester thereof into ammonium salt of carboxylic acid of terpenoid or salt of an amine group. CONSTITUTION:Such ink is used that a thickener and a solvent are kneaded into a metallic mixture of a main compound including indium in its structure and a compound including tin in its structure. As the thickener, a mixture of carboxylic acid of terpenoid or ester thereof into ammonium salt of carboxylic acid of terpenoid or salt of an amine group is used. Consequently, at the time of printing, the ink can be transferred onto a material to be printed without any bubble even in the case of passing through a mesh, whereby a very flat and uniform printed film surface can be obtained. Therefore, a high quality transparent electrode can be easily manufactured in a pattern state, and further, the manufacturing cost can be remarkably reduced. |
