<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated board without any contained bubbles by squeeze- laminating a desired number of a continuous belt resin infiltrated base material while being produced with resin reservoirs, after that, disposing a metallic foil on the surface in supplying resin, and then laminating it while being produced with reservoirs, moreover, transporting it continuously for curing thereafter. CONSTITUTION:As a continuous belt base material, used preferably herein are glass cloth having a large thickness adjusting effect, glass paper or the like, and unsaturated polyester resin, diallylphthalate resin or the like are used as resin. And, for metallic foil, copper aluminum or the like are employed in the form of single, alloy, and composite foil, and it is necessary to laminate them while being producing resin reservoirs in supplying resin between a continuous belt resin infiltrated base material and squeeze rolls during the squeeze rolling period. And, it is also necessary to laminated them upon laminating a resin infiltrated base material and metallic foil while being producing resin reservoirs through resin supply between the infiltrated base material and metallic foil. And, it may be preferable that curing of the continuous belt laminate is conducted under the condition of non-pressure or 40kg/cm<2> or below. A laminated board having not any contained bubbles therein can be obtained as a result.</p> |
