PRODUCTION OF CRYOHYDRATE-CONTAINING BEVERAGE SUITABLE IN SEPARATELY POURING INTO VESSEL FOR BEVERAGE AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

PURPOSE:To obtain the title beverage having good fluidity and excellent texture by continuously stirring the beverages fed into a tank while cooling at a specific temperature and carrying out feed of the beverages and taking-out from the tank at a definite rate while further continuing cooling and stirring. CONSTITUTION:Beverages such as alcoholic beverages are fed through a feed pipe 8 into a tank at a proper amount and then stirring wing 5 is rotated by driving of a motor 7 while retaining temperature of inner wall of the tank to temperature lower by 0.5-5.0 deg.C than freezing point of the beverages by circulating a cooling medium into a path 2 of wall part 1a of the above-mentioned tank 1 to provide the beverage containing cryohydrate having prescribed concentration. Then the beverages are continuously fed into the above-mentioned beverages so that detention time required for growing size of cryohydrate contained in the above-mentioned beverages to a prescribed diameter is given while continuing cooling and stirring of the beverages and the cryohydratecontaining beverages are taken out from the lower part of the above- mentioned tank at as same rate as feed rate to provide the aimed beverages in large qualities.
