摘要

A solid lubricating oil is produced by (a) heating a mixt. of 30-40 wt.% mesophase pitch or phenol resin as a bonding agent, 47-67 wt.% natural graphite and 3-13 wt.% molybdenum as a reinforcing agent upto 250≦̸C at 3≦̸C/min heating velocity, (b) heating the mixt. upto 340≦̸C at 1≦̸C/min heating velocity and pressing the mixt at 5 Kg/Cm2, and (c) heating the mixt upto 370≦̸C at 0.5≦̸C/min heating velocity and pressing the mixt. at 30 Kg/Cm2.
