It consists of a straight, elongate member which, at one of its ends, finishes in a head of shorter length than said member, with an upper planar surface, and whose longitudinal axis is oriented perpendicularly to that of the elongate member, said head adopting, at the base, the form of a circular sector or of an isosceles triangle, whilst the elongate member has a coincident transverse section.
