PURPOSE:To distribute fluid by way of fluid by rotatably providing one pump disc wheel and at least two turbine disc wheels on the same axial line within a case wherein working fluid flows while being circulated, and thereby arranging the rotting shafts of both of the disc wheels on the same axial line. CONSTITUTION:A pump disc wheel P connected with an input shaft 1, the first turbine disc wheel T1 connected with the first output shaft 2 and the second turbine disc wheel T2 connected with the second hollow output shaft 3 which has the first output shaft 2 loosely engaged within its inner hole, are rotatably arranged on the same axial line so that the first and second output shaft 2 and 3 are provided on the same axial line as that of the input shaft 1 on the side faced with the input shaft 1. The situation permits both mechanical loss and fluid friction loss in circuits out of fluid circuits to become negligibly small as compared with input power, the sum of output shaft torque is thereby roughly equal to input shaft torque. The power of the input shaft 1 is therefore distributed depending on each load of the output shafts 2 and 3. This permits the load of one output shaft to go out of existence, but permits the power of the input shaft to be transmitted to the other output shaft even if aforesaid output shaft idles.
