<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the temperature of the burning chamber wall and the fuel supply conduit, ensure the durability of burner and prevent the backfire by forming the wall of the primary burning of chamber a flat plate having a bend which is located outside the burning chamber so as to serve as a heat radiating fin, and disposing a plurality of flame holes in the primary burning chamber wall which forms the burning chamber. CONSTITUTION:The high-temperature burnt gas generated by the cross flow flame 16 formed in the primary burning chamber 3 flows in the direction of the outlet 25 of the burning chamber, and the high-temperature burnt gas and the radiation heat from the cross flow flame 16 cause the temperature of the primary burning chamber wall 21 to rise. ln order to prevent such temperature rise, the secondary air is caused to flow with the outer wall 23 of the primary burning chamber wall 21 being used as the cooling surface. The burning chamber fin 31 disposed on the outer wall 23 of the primary burning chamber wall 21 is formed by bending a part of a header flange 10 to the side of the cooling conduit 13. The burning chamber fin 31 is positioned in the cooling conduit 12 in the secondary air passage 13 to be cooled by the secondary air 19 flowing in the cooling conduit 13 so that the temperature of the primary of burning chamber wall 21 may be reduced.</p> |
