GAS SEPARATION MODULE AND MULTISTAGE GAS SEPARATOR

PURPOSE:To remarkably improve the permeability of the title module by using the external-pressure antiradial flow-type module wherein a supply gas is supplied to the periphery of a hollow-fiber laminate and the passing gas is discharged from a discharge pipe arranged at the center of the laminate. CONSTITUTION:A passing gas discharge pipe 5 having many gas passing holes 6A and 6B at its center is provided at the center of a pressure casing 3, and allowed to pierce the casing 3. Many hollow gas separation members 1A (hollow- fiber membrane) are laminated on the central periphery of the passing gas discharge pipe 5 in the casing 3. A supply chamber 7 into which a supply gas is introduced is formed around the hollow-fiber laminate cylindrical laminate 1, and a permeated gas discharge chamber 8 is provided on both ends of the laminate 1. The permeability for a gas is remarkably improved by such a relatively simple constitution.
