<p>PURPOSE:To prevent generation of blocking in an outermost layer and to increase physical strength and bursting strength of bag of an innermost layer by extruding the inner layer at a specified temp. and blocking the inner layers with each other. CONSTITUTION:The title laminated film is constituted of an inner layer which is bonded by blocking consisting of a resin having <=120 deg.C Vicat softening temp., and a temp. for extruding the resin from an extruder is regulated to by about >=50 deg.C higher temp. than the Vicat softening temp. and the inner layers are bonded to each other by blocking when the resin is extruded from an extruder at above resin temp. Since the inner layers are in a condition for causing blocking easily, the films are bonded securely by blocking to each other independently on a compsn. of the inner layer resin. Thus, generation of blocking in the outermost layer is prevented and laminated film having high physical strength and bursting strength of the bag of the inner layer and a process for production the film are provided.</p> |
