<p>PURPOSE:To ease a tension caused by an environmental sound by adding a fluctuation noise composed of a power spectrum and time component inversely proportional to its frequency to the environmental sound present in a determined sound space, and further adding a significant sound or pure sound thereto. CONSTITUTION:When a fluctuation noise control mode of 1/f or 1/f2 is designated according to a first acoustic environment control mode designation data DCMD by means of an operation input part 8, a CPU 5 generates a wide band noise data D1 from a wide band noise generating part 2, takes said data into an acoustic environment control sound signal generating part 6, generates an acoustic environment control sound signal SOUT having frequency spectrum characteristics including the power spectrum component of 1/f or 1/f<2>, and generates a fluctuation noise from a sound system 7. Similarly, the wide band noise generating part 2 and a significant sound generating part A, or the wide band noise generating part 2 and a pure sound generating part 3 are operated simultaneously with all generating parts by each control mode designation. Hence, an acoustic environmental control sound signal cepable of easing physiological and psychological tensions can be generated from the sound system 7.</p> |
