METHOD TO MAKE AN ELECTRICAL PLATING STEEL SHEET OF 3-BASE METALS ALLOY WITH A HIGH INHIBITING CORROSION

The method includes forming the high corrosion resistance layer consisting of 10-15 wt.% Ni, 0.001-0.01 wt.% Cr and balance Zn on the surface of steel sheet by means of plating with 30-100 A/dm2 current density in chloride bath having 60-15 g/l total weight of Zn+2, Ni+2 and Cr+3, 2.5-13.3 weight rate of (Zn+2) [(Ni+2)+(Cr+3) , 5-30 weight rate of (Ni+2) (Cr+3), and 240-310 g/e chlorine ion concentration.
