PURPOSE:To simulate three-dimensional seismic force by providing spherical joints on the both ends of horizontal and vertical vibrators respectively whereby to simplify the construction and to raise performance of an oscillation simulator. CONSTITUTION:Two horizontal vibrators 3, 4 and two vertical vibrators 5 are respectively provided between a frame 1 and an oscillation member 2. Respective vibrators having spherical joints 6 which enable the vibrators to rotate on the both ends thereof expand themselves by such as oil pressure. When the horizontal vibrators 3 translate by displacement value delta in a direction indicated by an arrow X, moment of the other vibrators 4, 5 become free by spherical joints 6 so as to oscillate the oscillation member 2 in a direction indicated by an arrow X by moving the other vibrators 4 and 5 by displacement value relative to the displacement value delta of the horizontal vibrators 3. At the same time, the oscillation member 2 can be oscillated by yawing O on axis Z. As to translation or rotation, the other vibrators 4 and 5 are the same as the horizontal vibrators 3. Combination of these movements causes the oscillation member 3 to concurrently oscillate in component direction of 6 freedom degree at maximum so as to accutately simulate the oscillation. |
