PURPOSE:To exactly and surely fix a work machine in an axis center position in a pipe by constituting the title device so that a cylinder part is driven, a piston cylinder is moved in the inserting direction to a pipe line, and plural arms are erected in the diametral direction and allowed to abut on the inside surface of the pipe. CONSTITUTION:A welding truck is stopped, a clamp mechanism 10 is operated, a piston cylinder 102 is advanced forward and each clamp arm 11 is erected from an outer casing 3 and allowed to abut on the inside of the pipe. As a result, the welding truck is fixed surely to the inside of the pipe in a state that its axis center and the axis center of the pipe are allowed to coincide with each other. Thereafter, by moving a welding head in the diametral direction, a profile device is allowed to face a line to be welded, and by driving a turning motor, the welding head is rotated in the peripheral direction, and profile data of the line to be welded is collected extending over the whole periphery. Subsequently, the welding head 4 is moved in the diametral direction of the opposite side so as to allow a torch to face the line to be welded, and while rotating the torch in the peripheral direction, welding of the whole periphery is executed by generating an arc. |
