PURPOSE:To provide smooth and certain clamping and releasing action of a wire, by producing relative movement between movable clamping members and guide members, which are provided with slanted surfaces and with a plurality of rotating members, and thereby allowing the movable clamping members to be shifted in the direction to clamp or to release. CONSTITUTION:When holding metal parts 53 are shifted frontward, front separated members 62 are accordingly shifted frontward thereby to allow two clamping members 46 to move frontward. Hence, the two clamping members 46 are pushed by rear separated members 66 and shifted frontward rotating rollers 51 and guided by fixed slanted surfaces 44 of guiding members 42, thereby allowing the wire to be put in a released state to freely pass through the clamping members. From this released state, if the holding metal fittings 53 are shifted backward, the two clamping members 46 are pushed backward by the front separated members 62, and therefore, the clamping members 46 are shifted backward guided by the fixed slanted surfaces 44 of the guide members 42, through the rollers 51, and moved inward so as to clamp the wire, and thus the wire S is again clamped between groove portions 47 of the clamping members. |
