PURPOSE:To manufacture a superconducting film having high critical temp. with high efficiency by forming a film of refractory metal or alloy on a sub strate of refractory metal or alloy, further forming a ceramics film on the above film, and then thermally spraying the grains of Bi-type superconducting material on the above. CONSTITUTION:A film of refractory metal or alloy is formed on a substrate of refractory metal or alloy by using Ni- and Co-type grains, etc., by a thermal spraying method. Subsequently, a ceramics film is formed on the above film by using the grains of ZrO2, Al2O3, etc. Then, the grains of Bi-type superconducting material, such as Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O oxide, are thermally sprayed to form a film. Since. the Bi-type oxide superconducting film is formed by using the refractory metal (alloy) as a substrate and interposing the ceramics film, a Bi-type oxide superconducting material can be manufactured with high efficiency without deteriorating excellent superconductivity. |
