PURPOSE:To obtain the title formed product having excellent heat resistance and physical properties by forming a calcium silicate raw slurry contg. bubbles and wherein the molar ratio of CaO/SiO2 and the atomic ratio of Al/Si+Al in the total material are specified in a framework, hardening the formed product, and curing the product with high-temp. and high-pressure steam. CONSTITUTION:Al powder and water are added to a mixture of siliceous raw powder and the calcareous raw powder contg. portland cement to form a slurry. In addition, the molar ratio of CaO/SiO2 is controlled to 0.7-1.1 in the mixture, and the atomic ratio of Al/Si+Al obtained from the Al2O3 and SiO2 contained in the total material to <=5%. The slurry is charged into a framework, foamed, and hardened. The hardened product is cured by steam so that the yield ot xonotlite obtained from the loss in weight due to the dehydration of xonotlite by differential thermal analysis-thermogravimetric analysis is controlled to >=35wt.% with respect to the total amt. The curing temp. is controlled to 190-240 deg.C in this case, and the obtained calcium silicate formed product has 0.3-0.8 bulk density and the strength and applicability as the building wall material and flooring. |
