Device for closing the flaps of a folding box, a conveyor device and at least one closing wheel being provided, and the closing wheel being equipped on the circumference with a recess, into which the rear flap engages during its transport on the conveyor device, whilst the front flap runs onto the circumferential edge; this closing wheel is mounted rotatably and is drivable.
