<p>Packaging means for use in forming a parcel comprises a re-usable cover (10) formed or to be formed into a tube of length greater than the length of the article to be parcelled and having cross-sectional dimensions to fit around said article. The end portions (14, 16, 18, 20) at one end, intended for access, are provided with apertures (22, 24, 26) whereby when folded over with the apertures (22, 24, 26) aligned the end portions (14, 16, 18, 20) can be tied together with ties to secure the parcel.
