PURPOSE:To fetch the state of a plant at real time, and simultaneously, to lighten the burden of a supervising attendant by fetching the video of an object to be supervised which is provided with a displaying part to display the state of the plant through a picture inputting device, and deciding the state of the plant from this picture signal, and informing it. CONSTITUTION:The object 1 to be supervised which is provided with the displaying parts 2a to 2i to display the state of the plant is installed at a field. This supervised object 1 is converted into an electric signal by the picture inputting device 3, and the picture signal converted in such a way is inputted to a picture processor 4. The displaying parts 2a to 2i of this picture signal are extracted by the picture processing device 4, and are compared with the reference pictures of the displaying parts 2a to 2i stored previously at normal time, and besides, the picture processing device 4 outputs this compared and decided result to an informing part 5, and the informing part 5 informs it. Thus, the state of the plant can be fetched at real time, and simultaneously, the burden of the supervising attendant can be lightened. |
