PURPOSE:To reduce the number of part items as well as to aim at the promotion of low-unit cost of production by constituting each of first to third cooling water routes, circulating engine cooling water into a heat exchanger and/or a heat reserving tank, so as to be selectively transferred by a multidirectional valve of more than a three-way valve. CONSTITUTION:In an air-conditioning unit 1 consisting of a refrigerating cycle 4 where a refrigerant circulates, and a cooling water circuit 5 where cooling water of a water-cooled engine 10, a cooling water circuit 5 is made up of installing each of first to fourth cooling water routes 52-55. The first cooling water route 52 is constituted of making the engine cooling water circulate through a heater core 51 and a heat reserving tank 56, while the second cooling water routes 53 is constituted of making the water circulate through the heat reserving tank 56 alone. In addition, as for the third cooling water route 54, it is constituted of making the cooling water out of the heat reserving tank 56 circulate through the heater core 51 alone. With this constitution, these first to third cooling water routes 52-54 should be transferred by a three-way valve 6 installed in their branched part in a selective manner. |
