PURPOSE:To make sure of the continuity of a coil and to improve the reliability, by a method wherein the wire end portion of a coil arranged on the end surface of the coil element in the diameter direction, they cross at the center of the end surface with a specified angle to contact with one another. CONSTITUTION:A coil element 2 is inseted between the end portions of U-shaped lead wire 1. The both side surfaces of the coil element are hollowed, and the end portion of wire 44 led from the coil is curved to fit to the hollow of the coil element 2. The end portion is also aligned in the diameter direction, and the end portion of the lead wire 1 is curved to make contact with the end portion of the wire 44 directly. The diameter of the curved end portion of the lead wire 1 is smaller than that of the lead wire 44. Viewing from the coil element 2 axis, the end portion of the wire 44 and the lead wire 1 are crossed with the angle of 10 deg.-90 deg. and connected. With this method, the end portion of the wire 44 and the lead 1 are connected without fail, improving the reliability of the coil. |
