PURPOSE:To obtain a film having excellent tearing resistance by longitudinal uniaxial-orientating in a specific condition a raw material in which a specific linear polyethylene resin in inflation-molded in a specific condition. CONSTITUTION:When the resin containing 50wt.% or more linear polyethylene being 2g/10min in melt index and 0.910-0.965 in density is inflation-molded, the rotating speed of a movable die lip 2 and core 3 is so adjusted that as they are rotated simultaneously in opposite directions, the total of both rotating speeds are employed, and as only either one of them is rotated, the rotating speed is put in the range of 1.2 times-10 times the rotating exponent S shown in an expression (I). The film obtained in this manner is uniaxially orientated in a film taking direction under the condition wherein the orientation temperature is -70--20 deg.C, and the expansion ratio is 1.5-8. |
