<p>PURPOSE:To improve the condition of contact between a resistor element and a heat sensitive recording paper and reduce power consumption of the resistor element by such an arrangement wherein a resistor element is formed on an insulation substrate and an electrode conductor is formed by convering part of the upper surface of the resistor element. CONSTITUTION:On an insulation substrate 1, a resistor element 30 is formed with a resisting paste by using thick film technique, etc. An electrode conductor 20 is formed by covering part of the upper surface of the resistor element 30 with a metal organic paste containing metallic material such as gold, etc. by using etching technique, etc. Since a metal organic paste is used, the film thickness of the electrode conductor 20 can be reduced to about 0.2-0.5mum, therefore the condition of contact between the resistor element 30 and a heat sensitive recording paper can be improved.</p> |
