PURPOSE:To obtain excellent uniform air flow having uniform flowing velocity and direction by composing a uniform flow regulating plate at the uppermost upstream of a diffuser of a porous plate having a nonporous part and a porous part, and gradually reducing the width and void ratio of the porous part from the side near its supply position by a farther side. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of uniform flow regulating plates 23 -26 are disposed in parallel in a diffuser 1, and an air flow guide plate 27 is disposed thereunder. The regulating plate 26 of lowermost downstream side is composed of a fine mesh filter, and the regulating plate 23 of uppermost upstream side is composed of nonporous parts 23a and porous parts 23b alternately disposed in a vertical direction in such a manner that the vertical size of the part 23b is gradually reduced toward the upper porous part 23b and the void ratio of the part 23b is gradually decreased toward the upper porous part 23b. The plates 24, 25 are formed on the whole face with small holes in such a manner that a plurality of areas having different void ratios are formed and the adjacent plates are so disposed to be deviated that the holes of the adjacent plates are not opposed.
