PURPOSE:To use effectively the location space of a nuclear reactor building by providing a window glass on a wall separating a diesel generator control board chamber from an exhaust opening and at the position that the diesel generator main frame can be looked from the control board chamber. CONSTITUTION:A diesel generator control board chamber 27 is located at the upper area of a diesel generator chamber 25 for housing a diesel generator main frame 20. The warm air in the diesel generator chamber 25 is discharged to the outside of the building through a rectangular pipe-shaped exhaust opening 29. A window glass 30 is provided on the wall of the diesel generator control board chamber 27 side of the exhaust opening 29 so that the diesel generator main frame 20 can be looked in the face from the upper through the exhaust opening 29. The location space as the whole of the diesel generator equipment can be thus reduced. |
