<p>PURPOSE:To prevent rejection between a natural dental root and an artificial supporting bed by opening a drilled hole in a residual dental root, fitting a hollow cylindrical anchor dowel to be adhesively fixed, protruding an artificial tooth in an insert dowel, inserting it into the anchor dowel and securing a bottom surface of the artificial tooth to closely adhere to an upper surface of the residual dental root. CONSTITUTION:A hole 13 of diameter, reaching a part of a residual dental root 11 with supporting strength in the periphery of a root pipe 16, is opened by a drill 15. An adhesive agent 18 is applied to the periphery of an anchor dowel 12, inserted into a bore of the hole 13, and to its internal bore, and the anchor dowel 12 is inserted. An upper surface shape of the residual dental root 11 is molded by wax, and casting an artificial tooth 9 with its bottom surface closely adhering to an upper surface of the dental root 11, an insert dowel 10 is protruded from the bottom of the tooth 9. The insert dowel 10 is constituted of an internal solid bar able to be fitted closely adhering to the anchor dowel 12 in a manner wherein the bottom surface of the artificial tooth 9 closely adheres to the upper part of the residual dental root 11 being meshed in a condition that the insert dowel 10 is inserted. The insert dowel 10 and the artificial tooth 9, when they are in insertion, are secured in a closely fitted condition by applying the adhesive agent 18 to a closely adhering part.</p> |
