<p>An improved solar concentrator plate is provided herein. Such plate is doped with a dye selected from the group consisting of GF ORANGE-RED, FLUOROL 555, ¢FLUOROL being the trade mark of a compound of the Formula OXAZINE-4-perchlorate, ¢OXAZINE-4 being the trade mark of a compound of the Formula LDS 730, ¢LDS 730 being the trade mark of styryl-1,6,2-(4-(p-dimethylaminophenyl-1,3-butadienyl)-1,3,3-trimethyl-3H-indolium perchloratel, LDS 750, (LDS 750 being the trade mark of styryl1,7,2-(4-p-dimethylaminophenyl-1,3-butadienyl)-3-ethyl-(6,7-ben-zo)thiazolium perchlorate), BASF 241, BASF 339, and combinations thereof with each other and/or with GF CLEAR or with 3-phenyl fluoranthene. These solar concentrator plates have high efficiency and stability.</p> |
