PURPOSE:To reduce an amount of leak magnetic flux by a method wherein the width of a common magnetic leg of an E-type silicon steel plate is selected 1.1a/ 2-1.3a/2 with respect to a width (a) of the central magnetic leg. CONSTITUTION:E-type silicon steel plates 13 and I-type silicon steel plates 14 are respectively laminated and then abutted with each other to constitute an iron core 12. The steel plates 13 each comprises a central magnetic leg 15, both outer magnetic legs 16, 17 and a common magnetic leg 18. It is designed that a width of the magnetic leg 15 is (a), a width of the magnetic legs 16, 17 is a/2, a width of the magnetic leg 18 is 1.1a/2-1.3a/2, the length of the magnetic leg 18 is 3a, and a width of openings 19, 20 between the magnetic leg 15 and the magnetic legs 16, 17 is a/2. The sheet plates 14 are formed to be a/2 width and 3a length. Then, coils 21, 22 are wound round the magnetic leg 15. By so doing, an amount of leak magnetic flux is reduced effectively. |
