PURPOSE:To obtain a skinned frozen grape which can be easily eaten without the danger of pollution with agricultural chemicals, etc., by exclusively thawing the skin part of a frozen grape and separating the thawed skin from the frozen pulp. CONSTITUTION:The skin of a frozen grape, half-thawed grape or frozen grape or grapes skewered in separated state is thawed. The pulp of the grape of frozen state is separated from the thawed skin, the separated pulp is frozen again and, as necessary, the pulp is coated with other food such as chocolate. |
