PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote extension of a life and miniaturization by reducing a space caused by wearing consumption of a solid lubricating film while a generation amount of wearing powder is decreased by thinning the solid lubricating film. SOLUTION: In this constitution, a holder 10 and an outer cylinder 11 are formed of metal material, a ball guide groove 10a of the holder 10 and an internal wall of the outer cylinder 11 are coated with a solid lubricating film, a ball 13 is formed of metal material, and its surface is coated with an oxalate film, so as to form porous material.
