发明名称 ABNORMALITY DETECTING METHOD FOR ILLUMINATING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To identify the disconnection abnormality of a lamp and the abnormality on other lamp control part by providing an optical sensor which detects emitted light from the illuminating lamp at the outside of a lamp regulator and detecting the output difference between before and after lighting the lamp by a sensor. CONSTITUTION:An exposure lamp 1 of the illuminating device by the lamp regulator is constituted to scan with respect to an original on a contact glass 2, and the optical sensor 3 is arranged in the vicinity of the lamp 1. This sensor 3 detects whether the original lamp 1 is abnormal or not and it also detects the size of the original. With/without the original, the sensor is provided with light receiving element to receive reflected light beams from the under surface of the contact glass 2. The reflected light beams from the under surface of the contact glass 2 is transmitted to a reflecting element 5 through an optical fiber 4 and converted photoelectrically by light receiving element. Then an electrical signal is outputted and electrical signal amplified by an amplifier 6 is transmitted to a main control part. The disconnection of the lamp 1 and the abnormality on other controlling part can be identified.
