PURPOSE: To significantly simplify assembly and longitudinal adjustment by fitting a locking component's tooth in a notch, elastically applying the body of the binding towards the notch in order to fix the binding at a desined loca tion of a ski, and closing notches on a track with removable plugs. CONSTITUTION: Longitudinal adjustment of a toe clamp 16 is done by a series of notches 18 set along a longitudinal edge 11a of a forebody 11c of a ski 11. The notches consist of vertical cutting reaching the edge 11a, and are filled with plugs 19 whose to surface virtually aligns with the top surface of the forebody 11c. A locking component 21 is attached with a hinge around a longitudinal shaft 22 on a seating 17 of the toe clamp 16, and energized downward with a spring 23. The locking component 21 has, on its underside, a tooth 24 which fits into one of the side notches 18. |
