Hydroxyethyl-azolyl oximes and ethers thereof useful as fungicides

Hydroxyethyl-azolyl oxime ethers of the formula <IMAGE> (I) in which R represents hydrogen, alkyl with 1 to 6 carbon atoms or alkenyl with 2 to 6 carbon atoms and R1 represents the radicals of the formula <IMAGE> <IMAGE> wherein R2 represents hydrogen, fluorine or chlorine, R3 represents hydrogen, fluorine or chlorine and X represents oxygen, sulphur or a CH2 group, and acid addition salts and metal salt complexes thereof. Such hydroxyethyl-azolyl oxime ethers are useful as fungicides.
