CONDUCTIVE EMI TEST SYSTEM, A DECOUPLING NETWORK THEREFOR

A decoupling network useful for creating worst case interference voltage and current signals from electrical equipment, when the equipment is removed from a normal operating environment and placed in a bench test set up. This worst case interference signal may be used as a reference for determining EMI sources and receptors within the electrical equipment.
