Said improvements consist in establishing the drive gear 2 at one of the ends of the actual line 1 in order to prevent perfect coupling between gear and line, preventing abnormal friction phenomena between said elements in the event of possible slackening arising in the line. In addition, provision has also been made for the actuating motor of the drive gear 2 to be assisted by a thermal relay which interrupts the supply to said motor when any blockage of the line arises. <IMAGE>
