The invention relates to an electronic apparatus calculating the flight conditions from data specific to the aircraft, meteorological data and topographical data measured by reading an aeronautical map. It consists of a table with regularly spaced electronic keys, covered by a transparent plate pierced with holes at each key. Two connectors passing through these holes actuate the electronic keys, thus transmitting the cartographic data of the route to be followed to a computation unit. A keyboard allows the pilot to input data specific to the aircraft and the meteorological data. The computer determines the flight parameters. The device according to the invention is intended to provide an aid for navigation of light aircraft in visual flight, in which the pilot simultaneously performs the tasks of piloting, monitoring the surroundings and navigation. It also facilitates preparation for air travel.
