PURPOSE:To facilitate the detection of a defective part by impregnating a fluid having a radiation absorption factor being different from that of a body to be inspected into a defect existing in the body to be inspected, and raising a contrast ratio of a normal part and a defective part of the body to be inspected on a CR image. CONSTITUTION:When a defect exists in a body to be inspected 4, an impregnating material of a liquid being a fluid or gas, etc., having a high absorption factor of a radiant ray is impregnated, and thereafter, it is placed and fixed onto a table 6a. As for the liquid having a high absorption factor of a radiant ray, a potassium iodide aqueous solution and a barium aqueous solution are used, and as for gas, xenon, etc., are used and a calculation is executed so that CT becomes higher than a raw material part of the body to be inspected. In this regard, in this case, even when the impregnating material is selected so as to obtain a low CT value, the same effect is obtained. Subsequently, the body is irradiated with the radiant ray and projection data is collected. In such a way, a difference of CT values of a normal part and a defective part becomes large, and a CT image having a large contrast ratio is obtained. |
