PURPOSE:To form at least one end part of the lower lever or the upper lever, though is constitution is simplified, so as to obtain a desired shift feeling. CONSTITUTION:An upper lever 2 is formed in its bottom end in an oval shaped section with the major axis along a shift direction X and the minor axis along a select direction Y. When the upper lever 2 is controlled to the shift direction X, vibro-isolating rubber 3, being thicker in the shift direction X than in the select direction Y, decreases a spring constant by the amount of the thickness, obtaining a soft shift feeling. While in case of controlling the upper lever 2 in the select direction Y, reversely to the above described, the deformation- objective vibro-isolating rubber 3, being smaller in its thickness in the select direction Y than that in the shift direction X, increases the spring constant by the amount of the smaller thickness, obtaining a good select feeling. |
