An elongated body (10) is hand held, and a tool-supporting head member (52) is pivotably mounted adjacent the forward end of the body. The head pivots about a transverse axis between an operative position, in which a supported blade (12) extends axially outwardly of the body, and a storage position in which the blade is folded inwardly along the underside. The assembly engages the head member against rotation about the transverse axis in both of its positions, the head member disengageably affixing each of a number of different blades for operation by the handle. The head will be mounted within the body which will have an opening extending longitudinally along the forward end.
