PURPOSE:To obtain granule preventing water at the outside from permeating into the granule in the case of adding to water, maintaining stability of preformed chemical mediator and improved durability in use by granulating a preformed chemical mediator in the presence of specific acidic substance and carbonate using a water-insoluble substance as a binder. CONSTITUTION:A preformed chemical mediator is granulated in the presence of a substance (e.g., maleic acid, citric acid or glutamic acid) having pH at least <=4 in dissolution in pure water and a carbonate by using a substance substantially insoluble in water, such as vegetable or animal fats and oils, hardened oil thereof, 14-22C fatty acid, sucrose ester or sorbitan fatty acid ester as a binder. The granule evolves a carbon dioxide gas and closes pores when water is permeated from the very fine pores on the surface so that elution ratio of active ingredient in ruminant lumen or in water is reduced in ruminant granule and granule for fishes. The granule rapidly elutes under an enteric condition at pH<=6.8 and an active ingredient can be efficiently administered. |
