The process for preventing damage of raised fabric in printing three- dimensional mark or letter consists of 4 steps: (A) pouring colored resineous ink to the shaped recess (2) of mold which has vent holes (4) at outer wall of the mold; (B) placing pile (6) of raised fabric (5) into the resinous ink and solidifing at 140-170≦̸C for 25-30 sec by heating the mold, the gas from the ink is removed through the vent holes; (C) melt-fusing the ink to the raised fabric at 600-1000kg by press and radio frequency; (D) cooling and cutting the raised fabric around the mark or letter.
