<p>The invention relates to pluripotential embryonic stem cells, and such cells derived from porcine and bovine species are exemplified. These cells are useful in the production of transgenic animals. Methods are described for the production of pluripotential ungulate embryonic stem cells, together with details of the morphology enabling recognition of the cells.</p> |
