PURPOSE:To perform a suitable interrupting cooperation by executing a fuzzy inferring means based on a predetermined rule on the basis of a voltage value, a peak value and an integral value, and obtaining a dangerous degree of an electromagnetic switch as an inference result. CONSTITUTION:A fuzzy inferring unit 7 is composed of a rectifying track 71 for rectifying 3-phase overcurrent detected value inputs, a low pass filter 72, a peak holding circuit 73, a measuring amplifier 74, an integrator 75, a fuzzy calculator 76 inputting the outputs of the circuit 73, the amplifier 74 and the integrator 75, and a binary unit 77. An inference is executed according to a fuzzy rule by the fuzzy inferring means for detecting a load current and inputting the peak value, present value and integral value of the load current, and the inferring means outputs the damage degree of the contact mechanism of a switch to control a main breaker. Thus, an empirical knowledge in a design which is scarcely quantified can be associated in the device without employing a difficult numerical formula, and an efficient interrupting cooperation can be achieved. |
