摘要 PURPOSE:To improve resolving power by converting the radiation passed through an object to be examined to light by a planar radiation/light converting means and converting said light to an electric signal by a photoelectric conversion means to form the tomographic image of the object to be examined. CONSTITUTION:The X-ray beam 3 from an X-ray tube 1 passes through a collimator 5 to transmit through an object 4 to be examined as fan beam to be given to an X-rays detector 2 through a collimator 5. When the beam 3 is incident to a scintillator film 11 composed of a CdWO4 crystal in the detector 2, visible beam 17 is emitted corresponding to the incidence of the beam 3 to transmit through an X-ray shield body 12 and a lens 13 and formed into an image on a CCD image sensor 14. The CCD 14 converts the data of the fluoroscopic image of the object 4 to be examined formed corresponding to the distribution of the beam 3 to an electric signal to output said signal to a data collector 15.
