PURPOSE:To improve an effect for preventing an automobile from burglary by providing a driving license card having an information holding part electrically or magnetically writing a predetermined pass word and starting an engine when a recited password agrees with the predetermined pass word. CONSTITUTION:In case of driving an automobile, a driving license card 1 is inserted into an insertion port of a card read part 2 reading a pass word written in a part of a magnetic tape of the driving license card 1 to be input to a control part 5. Next in the control part 5, comparing the input pass word with a pass word registered in a memory 4, when the pass words agree, a message of inviting an input of the recited pass word from the memory 4 is displayed in a display part 6. A driver sees this display, inputting the recited pass word by using a ten key or the like in a pass word input part 3, when this input pass word agrees with the pass word input from the card reading part 2, an engine is started by driving a sel-motor 8. |
